Camp Leaders & Matrons
The Girls Leadership & Mentorship Camp exceeded expectations this year!
We planned for 200 girls and 250 arrived! It caused some interesting logistics, but our camp leaders (shown in image above) handle it like the professionals they are, and the camp ran seamlessly (of course).

Sponsor a Girl Campaign
We launched our ‘Sponsor a Girl’ to go to Camp campaign.
This enables donors to give a gift of helping a Kenyan Girl attend the camp. Upon donation you receive, a certificate about the camp, information on the girl and thank you postcards, that you can print and give as gifts.
It was launched for Christmas, and was ideal for those hard to buy for people. The good news is; the program runs all year long, and so make great birthday, mother’s day etc gifts. Click Here to go to the Sponsor a Girl page for more info.
Boys Leadership & Mentorship Camp
It all started with a conversation……. we’re empowering girls but we’re not teaching boys how to live with empowered girls…….
The men heard us and the first Boys Leadership & Mentorship Camp happened 1 month later with 50 boys! We are hoping this will become an annual camp and grow to be as big as the girls camp. Click Here for more information on the boys camp.
Sponsors & Donors
We CANNOT run our programs with sponsors and donors.
We have updated our website and can now accept credit card donations! And if you are in Canada you get a tax receipt too!
The Girls Leadership & mentorship camp is fully funded for the next few years thanks to Soroptimist Foundation of Canada & Soroptimist International Global - thank you!!

These programs are a lot cheaper than you would expect (we’re very efficient). The cost of a business class air ticket can fund one of these programs for a year.!
